I am an Alternative Practitioner, Internationally Certified in Energy Healing and a Certified Health Coach.
As a Health and Wellness Practitioner, I work with individuals who want to improve their health and
maintain a healthy wellbeing.
An Energy Healer helps to restore the balance of the energy flow within the body of the patient. Energy healing reopens the Chakras, releases the blockages and destructive emotions, and rebalances the flow of the universal life force in and around the body, while supporting in the healing process and enhancing the ability of the patient to heal themselves.
As a Health Coach, I work with individual clients with a focus on habit change and overcoming obstacles to maintain health and wellness for life.

Energy Healing, Mind, Body, Spirit is bringing conscious awareness to individuals, guiding them to connect to their true self and their own uniqueness on their journey to a life of wellness, peace and happiness.

Energy Healing is an ancient practice dating back to around 4,000 years. It is used in the Eastern world and more and more becoming integrated into Western medicine.

Becoming an Energy Healer:
I prefer to look at myself as someone who works with energy. As a conduit for Source Energy (the Universal Life Force) for one to connect to, and aid them in their healing process.
'In the root lies the truth.'
I have always been someone who is about the truth, the root cause, the real reason, for something to occur.
Energy healing is not a band-aid nor does it masque pain. It reaches the true source of a condition and is a mandatory part of the process in bringing balance and harmony back into the body.
Our energy field is constantly changing and growing. So there is always a possibility of imbalance in the energy flow which means illness.
Similar to the cardiovascular system, where as blood needs to flow unobstructed through out the body. Energy needs to flow through the meridians system unobstructed of blockage.
The energy field is intelligent and self regulating.
The health of the energy system is mirrored in the health of the body, mind and spirit.
